Answers: my mom got one, and it be from the pores under the arm mortal blocked and the gland swelled. she did hot compresses and when that didn't work she went to the doctor who have to lance it...you may know how to just use the compresses and it will stir away. of course, the best answer, if it stays a week or more would be to get hold of it checked out at the doctors. good luck
