I haven't had the laser surgery for acne but I own had microdermabrasion.
It can be costly but I guess it would depend on what you believe is expensive. I think a session is nearly $150 but you can shop around and see what other companies charge. I had my first one done a few weeks ago- it be free because I am doing laser hair removal beside the company. I have to influence I LOVE the results. As someone who is 30 years old and own suffered from acne most of my life and spending tons of money on things that haven't help (pro-activ, topical treatments from the derm). I was on Yasmin, a birth control pill, that help me from breaking out but did nothing for my scar or the oilyness of my skin. The microderm was mortified but was over surrounded by less than 5 minutes. It be a little close to sandpaper but they can adjust the intensity. My pores are smaller, and my skin feels and looks greatly better. Some of my scars are gone and others are lighter and smaller number visable. Usually I could fry chicken with the amount of grease on my face when I stir up in the morning, this morning, amazingly little oil. Even as I am typing, at this point within the day, I would hold to wipe my face, not today. The merely side effect that I had beside it was my facade was for a moment itchy afterwards but nothing that be unbearable. For me, it is worth the investment of $150 a treatment because I hold been red and frustrated for a long time because of my skin. I am not here as a representative of any company, just as someone who suffered from acne for too long and am thankful to have something that can comfort.
I have not have the treatment done personally but a friend of mine have had the lasering for acne and acne scarring...

She said the proceedure be uncomfortable and slightly throbbing. It boosted her confidence but I couldnt really tell much difference contained by her appearance..

ask to see before and after photos from which ever doctor you see and enjoy him talk beside you about the proceedure...Its other best to have a consultation beforehand... this track the doctor will tell you if you are a upright candidate and confer you any other information that you need.

Good Luck.. clutch care.
