It's bout the size of a pensil eraser and bluish in color almost similar to bruise but hasnt gone away in months. It doesnt hurt or itch but sometimes looks flaky,approaching the skin is peeling. I'm 28 and diabetic.
Does anybody know what it is?

Does it blanch? Anyway, may be a angelic idea to hold it removed. Check for skin cancer. Better to have a bit scar presently than a big one later.
