What happen if 8 ibuprofen are taken?
yesterday i had an awful migrane so i took a few ibuprofen and after a while it didnt travel away so i took some more and i think i eventually completed up taking 8. nothing happend to me but today my stomach feel kinda bad and i haven't really be hungry at all. is that going to effect me surrounded by any way?
Answers: It will PROBABLY not affect you if this is a one time with the sole purpose thing, but repeated rough up can cause liver bring down, kidney damage etc. if you arent hunch good you should walk to the doctor, next time try excedrin stiffness headache if is muscle pain contained by the neck cause a headache and if it isn't try the proper dose of asprin, or tylenol, or you could even try aleve, but I would't take ibuprofein, motrin, or advil for headache torment its more for inflamation, and muscular pain, form sure its not sinus pain because later you may need to filch a different medication but ONLY and ALWAYS take the RECOMMENDED amount for your age and counterweight because overdosing CAN have SERIOUS side-effects.
Ibuprofen can hurt your stomach especially taken on an pointless stomach.
It isn't a good impression to take more than the recommended dosage. If it doesn't work than it's better to continue the suggested amount of time and try again.
Taking more can just put together you sicker.
Migraines are horrible so see your Dr. about the proper meds for them. They enjoy a number of different option these days.

Almost certainly not irredeemable. Yes, please be careful near these OTC's. If I'm not mistaken, Tylenol, Ibuprofen and I believe Advil can eventually cause any stomach, liver or kidney harm. Call your Dr. and ask them what is best for you. If you don't enjoy a Dr. call the local Patient First and speak to a Dr. or Nurse. They can help out you sort it out. They may even want to check you out for causes of your migraines. Could stipulation a test. I worked for a Neurologist.
Motrin is virtually useless if you enjoy migraines.
And eight is far too many surrounded by one day.

WOW! You are smart. It would be ok to take 8 of those if you have a broken bone and you were surrounded by a lot of torment. But, not for a headache. ok guessing that they were 200mg a piece you took twice the maximum amount contained by one dose, thats not a good entity if done constantly over time but for a one time thing its not that impossible of a deal, ibuprofen can mildly hurt your stomach and likelihood are if you took them on an empty stomach you may hold caused minor irritation. do not thieve any more ibuprofen for a while and see how it goes, your symptoms can be explained by the use of ibuprofen. if your symptoms keep trying please talk to your doctor. but more than plausible they will go away. also for use of OCT drugs its commonly a good model to follow package directions which is 2 pills which equals 400mg, a prescription strength is 800mg, both of which can be taken every four hours or more. Ibuprofen solely is usefull upto a certan ammonts so taking more than recomended is generaly useless and potentially harmful. If you own chronic migraines you should see your doctor, he can prescribe medication that can help. Personally i be on relpax and did really well, you rob one of those at the onset of a migraine and after again 2 or 4 hrs later, it other worked well. If otherwise you don't want to see your doctor i would recommend you using Excedrin. look at the different types though because different versions are just different concentrations of medications. i ponder the origional would be the best one to use
