MayoClinic is right for almost any medical conditions.
I have have worse, take some aspirin. Let the confusion run its course. By the time it has reach fever status, the body is simply doing its trickery and getting rid of toxins.

The most important entry is to not worry too much nearly it, maybe view some funny movies that keep her distracted surrounded by a positive manner.

I'm not recommend it, but if she laughed distinctly for 20 minutes straight, the fever would be gone surrounded by an hour.

Also, don't worry that she hasn't eat. The body can go a long time lacking food (though be sure and keep lots of river and juice coming). And it is certainly the body saying "I'm busy dealing near this infection. Please don't distract me with trying to digest things."
The best mode is to drink lots of water--and I do mean a LOT. I would drink two big specs full of water respectively hour and the next light of day, I felt MUCH better. Trust me!

A confusion is a defense mechanism of your body when it is trying to box back the microbes or virus, so water will swab out a lot of the insanitary stuff. (That's why it seems more powerful than pills.) Peeing a lot is dutiful.

Hope she feels better.
If you can lug her to the hospital do so because a temperature of 103 can organize to convulsions can lead to something worse. If you cannot do it right presently put ice within a zip up fluid, a little hose so the ice cold hose down can mold itself around her head, place it on a small towel so she can hold on to it on her head longer, and place it on her organizer this will keep the fry from overheating her (103 is dangerous) and give her some over-the-counter medication (meds you an buy at any store) something beside temperature reducer on it and short aspirin---aspirin can cause more harm if she is too young. If this does not work transmit her to take a cold shower and not to cover herself but she should really be taken to the hospital because she might enjoy some kind of infection which might involve antibacterial medication. Take care. A 19 year hoary can handle 103 degree easy! She probably a moment ago has a unpromising cold or the flu. If it's the flu, she might have to stay down for another couple days. Some things a short time ago take time. Call the doctor if her disorientation gets to 104. Have her get through some chicken noodle soup and make sure she get enough fluids. She'll be powerfully in no time. Take tylenol for discomfort, if needed. DO NOT TAKE ASPIRIN. You don't enjoy to bring the fever down, it will come down when she get well. Fever help fight the infection.
