Feeling pressure within my heart nouns?


It comes occasionally. .maybe once a month. My heart starts outlook a little lashing, and sometimes it even hurts. I admit I'm not a exceedingly active personality. I dance and I'm starting gymnastics soon though. Anyone enjoy an idea of what it might be?


Answers:    This used to start to me quite normally, one reason because I wasn't live enough, and two because I didn't hold a good diet planned out.

Start a small exercise routine, give or take a few 20-30 minutes a day, even if its newly stretches and make a on top form diet plan, and yes you're allowed a treat once a week or once every 2 weeks, you can decide that, but on your treat year don't binge, choose one thing. For example you close to Starbucks, go within...

Try that routine for a month or two, and if it still happens I'd suggest going to see a doctor.

Yes I totally agree next to the girl below me. Could you have diabetes? or a short time ago a high blood sugar/pressure which is I have a sneaking suspicion that the same article as diabetes.

Sings/symptoms of diabetes:
- Really jumpy moods (not acting close to yourself a lot)
- Thirsty A LOT, craving water every 2 minutes.
- loss of apatite
- a big counterweight loss in a short extent of time (say 2 weeks)
- a big weight gain contained by a short period of time (say 2 weeks)
- lofty blood pressure

I own no clue how old you are. but in this day and age it doesn't really matter anyway. I own had alike feeling back. I suggest you check your blood pressure. It's good you are getting stirring. Keep up the good work. Hope this help. No but I wouldn't start any hard physical actions without a checkup first. Let your doctor know what you're almost to start.

If by chance your heart is already stressed, tallying more stress could not be a good item. Go get checked out first, and speak about the doctor what has be going on about that torment.
