I hold a bump on my bottom...and it hurts like mad...could it be cancerous?..doctor said it might be a tumor?

Answers: It's probably a cyst or a non-malignant tumor.
Don't worry, cyst's are non-hazardous growths. Non-malignant tumors mean that the tumor is not cancerous. Cancerous tumors would not hurt. Cysts hurt, though. So I'm guessing it's a cyst.
But I'm not positive.

Could be a tumor, but if your going into Surgery I believe you should know more about it consequently we do. If it hurts its probably not cancer. cancerous tumors tend not to hurt. I am sure they will test it when they run it out though. Dont worry.
I'd walk with the what the Doctor say vs. the advise you might receive here. Guess you'll own to wait until after Wed. to find out, huh?

If the doctor, who's presumably see the bump, thinks it could be a tumor, why would you believe hit or miss strangers on the internet if they said it couldn't be? Sure, it could be for all we know. Probably a cyst.Lots of associates seem to win them sooner or later.
It's probably a cyst. It will come to a commander in a few days. Mean while apply melt compresses, this will help relaxation the pain and also softens the skin so the infection will come out.It will be gross when it bursts, don't verbs. This is normal. The bump is a result of a clogged pore or an infected coat. Good luck. The word "tumor" only mode a growth; it doesn't indicate whether it's malignant or not - just that at hand is a growth. The tissue removed from your bottom will be analyzed by a lab and the tissue results will be given to your doctor; after these are available, your doc will be able to explain to you what it is. Don't be too worried; you'd probably be wasting a lot of vigour over something benign.
Try not to stress, lets a moment ago try and think positive..Could it be a boil? The doctor didnt articulate anything of what it could be, like a cyst.. I craving you the best.
