Do you consider Cuba holds the cure to HIV & Aids?
They don't seem to own much of it there.

Because they enjoy the best medical care for near people out of any third world country. If you own aids they place you in a hospital and educate you about what you hold. No diseases run wild within Cuba. They have be very smart on how they treat nearby ill and have amazing medical care they freshly might find the cure. Cuba health knowledgeable is a much safer and smarter place then America is. Aids and other diseases and ailment run with out check and abundant people can't even clear for medical attention. So I think they might who know we will see.
It is impossible to know the extent to which communist countries are suffering from this problem, as they don't pass out information in the region of themselves to the outside world.
Because not many inhabitants live there.
My best friend is a medical doctor within Cuba and there is a large amount of AIDS in Cuba. They do not enjoy a cure. AIDS is more prevalent throughout the Caribbean than almost any other country other than Africa.

I wish the USA and Cuba would quit war like two children...Open Cuba up to tourist from the USA..We would adjectives better from it!

No, why should they, they have an AIDS problem here they would love to solve, just approaching most other countries.
Most unlikely as Cuba has no solid scientific pedigrees, no worthwhile university and the country is generally deeply very poor within comparison to Western countries that have be pioneering research into HIV for many years. Furthermore, the rank of health contemplation and access thereto is somewhat limited.
