try putting on a vitamin E formula. I've pretty well given up, because I don't like to wear makeup every day. But, back when I cared about my appearance, I used Dior's concealer. It's the best on the market.

I have them too Black circles underneaths the eyes. I had them for years there is no way to get rid of them . I rub and use concealer for dark circles under the eyes you can get it at a drug store where make up is. Its does not go a way for good but its helps.
