If the skin condition is fungal (like ringworm), any over-the-counter antifungal topical preparation will treat it. Please be aware it may take up to 4 weeks for the ringworm to move about away. Here is a fairly-complete list of antifungals. Not adjectives of these treat ringworm; be sure to choose one that does.

If ringworm does not go away surrounded by 4 weeks with a topical antifungal, a physician may prescribe a stronger topical antifungal or even antifungal oral medication.
Tenactin... Lamisil... Anything for athlete's foot, because, resembling athlete's foot, ringworm is a fungal infection.
