Answer:
You could hold pleurisy, an infection of the membrane surrounding the lungs or bronchitis or pneumonia. It is not
likely lung cancer, that comes next. Pleurisy and pneumonia cause the sharp pains upon coughing.

Go to a doctor, procure some antibiotics and if need a chest X-ray.
Pleurisy and pneumonia sometimes show up on x-rays.

Then stop the smoking, you are infantile, likely will not take cancer
from what you smoked thus far; stopping to smoke will reduce
the frequency of chest infections and adjectives cancer.

Also you second hand smoke hurts others.

If you latter have children, and smoke, they tend to copy parents
and will smoke and enjoy these problems.

Antibiotics from a good doctor should back you now.
Go see one, don't suspension and don't worry something like cancer now.
first of adjectives quit smoking.yes go to a doctor.i'm American so i can't relay you where to progress.at your age it probably isn't too serious.
It sounds to me like you might enjoy bronchitis. You need to bring it checked out because it can turn into Pneumonia. The "sticks" are only irritating it further.
Well, sorry to hear your problem. First piece, stop smoking. And go for a simple chest X-ray first which any doctor can prescribe and recommend a X-ray lab handy. Further treatment and tests will be suggested by the doctor base on a physical examination and test.
