Influenza?
My daughter and I were contained by contact with unmoving deer mice in WA State over the second 3 weeks. Our cats kill the mice and make tracks them for dead contained by the yard and our 8 week ancient puppies play with them until I entrap them then I throw them within the garbage can outside. A couple times the puppies would bring them contained by through the cat door and my 3 yr old daughter took them away until she knowledgeable what they were.
My daughter get sick Thursday late at darkness so we spent all dark waiting to see the doctor and now we hold to wait for blood test until this morning. Last night I get sick too... We have the symptoms of both virus but the blood test is with the sole purpose to determine if this is a viral or bacterial infection. The tests for Hantavirus are not covered lower than our insurance and take 6 days to go and get results.
My question is how do you bring up to date the difference in symptoms between influenza (Flu) and Sin Nombre Virus (Hantavirus)?

Signs and symptoms
Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome advance through two distinct stages, with the first signs and symptoms appearing between one and five weeks after exposure to a hantavirus.
The precipitate stage
Signs and symptoms such as fever, fatigue and chills are precipitate indicators of a hantavirus infection. Within several days, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pains and headaches may develop. In its rash stages, hantavirus infection is difficult to distinguish from influenza, pneumonia or other viral conditions.
Signs and symptoms of early-stage infection include:
Fatigue
Fever
Chills
Muscle aches, especially within large muscle groups, such as your thighs, hips and rear legs
Bubbling or rattling sounds within your lungs (rales)
Abnormally fast breathing (tachypnea)
Abnormally in haste heartbeat (tachycardia)
Headaches
Dizziness
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Abdominal pain
The cardiopulmonary stage
A cough regularly indicates that the hantavirus infection has progressed into the cardiopulmonary stage, surrounded by which the capillaries of your lungs originate to weaken and trickle fluid. Shortness of breath and respiratory troubles can ensue.
Symptoms or signs of the cardiopulmonary stage include:
A cough that produces secretions
Reduction of oxygen (hypoxia or hypoxemia) and a buildup of carbon dioxide (hypercarbia) and sour (acidemia) in your blood
Shortness of breath
Respiratory insufficiency (shock) or washout
Buildup of fluid in your lungs (pulmonary edema)
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), within which your lungs' ability to verbs oxygen to your blood is severely impaired
Multiorgan disappointment
Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Slower or faster than normal heartbeat (arrhythmia)

Signs and symptoms
Initially, the flu may come across like a adjectives cold with a runny snout, sneezing and sore throat. But colds usually develop slowly, whereas the flu tends to come on suddenly. And although a cold can be a aggravation, you usually feel much worse beside the flu.
Common signs and symptoms of the flu include:
Fever over 101 F in adults, and normally as high as 103 to 105 F within children
Chills and sweats
Headache
Dry cough
Muscular aches and pains, especially contained by your back, arms and legs
Fatigue and encumbrance
Nasal congestion
Loss of appetite
Diarrhea and vomiting in children

i don't really know if u can put in the picture the difference or not but what i think u should do is that u should keep hold of hope and never go hard by or touch a dead deer mouse and never agree to ur puppies near them any. keep hope that its nil severe.
