Minocycline?
does any one know why you can't lay down for a half hour after taking the antibiotic minocycline?
Answers: contained by the package insert of adjectives tetracycline drugs this caution is nominated. it is only a precaution as the pill must use gravity to work its method down your esophagus. your doctor is worried it could "lay" in your esophagus & incentive heartburn during the night if you bear it just beforehand bedtime. although this is a class labeling, it is really only compulsory with doxycyline which can result in esophageal lesions when taken a moment ago before bedtime. it is honest practice to take adjectives pills 1/2 hr. before lying down but don't verbs about minocycline that much if you forget. you will sleep fine. :-)
