Answers:    Neosporin. or the generic equivilant
Put a LITTLE Neosporin on it and set out it alone! Ok, calm down. The first entity you need to do is to stop messing beside it! Clean it up with some antibacterial soap or some peroxide, next let it scab over. Then walk off it alone. The scab is there to protect the tentative skin that is renewing underneath of it. If you pick the scab stale, it will take longer to walk away and you might get a mark. So let it scab and head off it alone. The scab will come off on its own and you will enjoy new skin underneath it. I know you want a quick fix, but you enjoy to remember that everybody gets stuff on their obverse like this so it is nil to be embarrased about. But if you mess next to it more it will get worse and populace will see and know that you messed with it. Leave it alone and you will be only just fine.
this is what i do and i have almost reliable skin
do this in the shower:

1) apply mixture of honey and cinnamon adjectives over face, set out for 2 minutes, wash stale with reheat water

2) apply toothpaste adjectives over face, go off for 2 minutes, wash sour with melt water

3) (after shower) apply moisturiser adjectives over face.

works resembling a charm!
