If you have tried adjectives of the over the counter products and nothing have worked, I would reccommend going to a dermatologist and asking for an oral medication such as minocyclin, along with a topical close to benzaclin or retinA micro. I went on a dual program approaching that and at first, my skin was made rather dry. Afterwards though, I havent broken out what-so-ever. Proactive didn't work for me but it may for you. Good luck!
