try rubbing a white candle against the sides of the straps where on earth they cut into your feet to dwindle friction. Definitely helps.
There's another axiom in Chinese - bite your shoes, past they bite you!
Try it and let me know how it go.
should do , won't stop it, but there will be far smaller amount friction.
I've always be told to put Vaseline on the back of unusual shoes to soften them up, which will surrounded by effect, stop the shoes from rubbing and causing blisters.
Hope that help!
Throw out that vaseline - it's good for nil.
Petroleum based anything is not a decent product for you or your skin (I know who knew)..
Try looking in the foot unit of the drug store for a better idea. I am sure they own a product that is better for you and your foot. I like the hackle spray idea -
yes it will lend a hand stop shoes rubbing, also u could use zinc oxide plaster thats what my daughter put on places likely to rub within her walking boots when going on a hike.
