Infection.couldnt give him antibiotics because they have to wait for the culture to show what it is. he have immunodeficiancy problems. So the fever vanished basically still low position from time to time. we have have days though he is pooping every 20- 30 min. Bad belly pains. then his belly feel better after he goes. still no appetite. Keeping him hydrated. not an issue. Been to the doctor. I only dont feel right because immediately day six shouldnt i see some renovation? I know most bugs last 3 to 5 days except 24 hours. He will seem fine after just enjoy a major attack of belly pains and inevitability a bathroom NOW. I have tried to stay home. somedays certain. what can i do for him or should do for him to help? Docs save saying dawdle it out?? Reasonable?

Answers:
Well first the drs are being irresponsible. If he have an iimunodeficancy, in the form of an autoimmune disorder, or otherwise, and this have not been resolved, he should be hospitalized at this point. As a parent I would be forcing ther mitt, and demanding it. No child should be going through that. escpeically one with a compromised immune system. I am an grown with one, and my dr's wouldnt do that to me. As a mom, you requirement to speak up, even yell a bit if inevitability be. if he is at least drinking or using pedialyte thats perfect, but if just keep coming back out it is not neccisarily doing much honest.

Though most of the fever is gone, still have some off and onn shows signs of continuing infection, and inability of his body to make well itself. He needs medical intervention, IV antibiotics, fluids and possibly feed. Pooping every 20-30 minutes for 24 hours van be ok, food poisening or 24 hour flu, this has gone track past that. Call the drs emergancy service, describe them NO CHANGE WE CAN NOT WAIT IT OUT. GET HIM ADMITTED NOW. Please learn tpo stand up to the doctors for you and your children. As a creature chronically ill, it took some time to swot how, but belive me, in an emergancy or ongoing medical crisis, it is nessacary. he also requirements his appendix checked. That is somthing that crossed my mind when I read this. If it is appendisitis and it has burst, he can die if it is not removed. purely from the burst of pain you are discussion about, it sounds possible.

Stand up and speak for the boy and you and both your right to clad medical care
Good Luck
Chris
Sounds approaching a viral infection in his stomach.
I suggest getting a second assessment.

While diarrhea is reasonably adjectives, you CAN die from it. Make sure he gets satisfactory fluids, juices, etc.
THIS COULD BE SEROUS
pains around the tummy, and belly sting with vomiting?

if theres vomiting and diareer, it could be appendixtus

this is where on earth the appendix becomes infmaed and have to be taken out, if the appendix burst! it could be fatel

but on the good side, likelihood are that your 5 year old son a short time ago has a really long bug in his tummy and his childish body is doing everything it can to kill it!

dont verbs ime sure his body is killing it right in a minute as i typed this message!

sorry to give u such a upsetting start to this answer... infact now i dont have a sneaking suspicion that it is appendixtus... chances are low if it be that.
Take him to another doctor. Go to the best facility in your city and one that specializes contained by children. If my son was going through this I would be nuts. My heart and prayers travel out to you. Take him to a children's hospital's emergency room.
I'd get a second view. He's much too little to have that for 5 days presently with no nouns. If you don't, no one else will.
I surmise the drs are right only because my son simply went thru a bout of diarehha and it be longer than 6 days. the blood could just be that he is dried out inside, who know. it seems it could be a stomach virus. if here is something wrong the drs will figure it out. I pray he is fine for you.
You bring up to date these doctors to treat him as if he has a bacterial infection (food poisoning). Blood contained by stool is a concern, and can indicate a parasite.
Secondly, the issue with his bottom hurting, it is inflamed from going so much that it is burning- you may want to gain a rubber glove and put some hemorrhoid cream on him daily to shrink inflammation. Doctors are approaching drivers, just because they hold a license doesn't mean they are adjectives good drivers!!
Second view, and get antibiotics of some kind- even request an x-ray- a viral infection could second this long but by now transformation should be starting to show.
Give him white rice with some carrots- wet, no juices-no sodas, keep his diet bland.
His body is trying to scuffle this, whatever it is which is why the frenzy and diarrhea.
Many hugs to you and your poor little guy- I am so sorry- some of these doctors are such idiots- always attain a second opinion. even a 3rd if obligation be, you know your child more than anyone else, and love him more than anyone else-
go to doc, or another, return with him admitted to hosp if you can, this isnt right. what is he consumption? also put vasaline on the bum. feels squishy icky, but will dispense relief.. also tucks pad with which hazels will sooth the anus... sometimes docs are dumb... your the mom and you know something isnt right,,, draw from aggressive , get treatmant...somtimes children find sick with what most deem only effects adults... so they dont look for sign or symptoms...sit down, regard back, write everything down you can remember. what med, what foods, bowel conduct too... go to investigational doc with this newspaper in paw so you dont forget anything.. which can happen when within a pediatricians office when ther are a dozen other sick kids... GET AGGRESSIVE AND FIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!!!!!!
