Smoking Ban within Pubs?? You're Having a Laugh !!?
Im a non smoker, who didnt care who smoked themselves to destruction.even in like peas in a pod room as myself, I have other tolerated it (to my own detriment) but live and let live.
Now the smoking veto in public places have made a huge difference in pubs and clubs adjectives over the land...lovely nouns!
Not so, where I live, as soon as closing time is shouted the doors are closed and out comes the ash trays...and the fags...so its ok for me to be tolerent for 30 years...but the smokers cant be tolerent vertebrae for just a few hours.very well thankyou . Does anyone else have to still put up near it at their local...or is it only surrounded by my little old town?
Answers: I must accept, I thought it would still be ilegal for pubs to close their doors and allow everyone to light up resembling that. I suggest you contact your local authority's environmental health department ( contact will be entirely anonymous ) and sponge the very cross-question. I cannot believe this is legal and at best, it's extracting the proverbial.
Stop whining, its off the record for you to be in within after hours any way, so if you don't resembling it, leave! That's unsanctioned, call your local council if you want something done.
what happen 2 my rights!! im a smoker i go outside 2 enjoy a fag now while im out 4 the eve, and still gain moaned at by non smokers! now ur moanin bout citizens smokin in pubs AFTER HOURS? u shouldnt be at hand! after hours drinkin is 4 staff after they kicked the p**s heads out dont approaching dont stay after hours! where you live? i miss a smoke beside my pint
The problem that the 'establishments' are having next to this law is not so much beside the ban but the LOSS of trade as a result of it, after adjectives it's an 'health issue' so they must deter this practice as soon as possible!..Ya could bring it up with the 'health n' safety' officer?. I choice they would bring back smoking adjectives I can smell in pubs in a minute is farts,B O & smelly feet

It's "after time", and you shouldn't be nearby except as a nonpaying guest of the licensee.
If family pay for their ale, and I suspect you do, it isn't simply the smokers who break the law.
A plausible person, with ease, would not expect his or her drinks for free.
If you choose to stay, just parallel that you have enjoy the imposition of your (and the government's) will on the smokers who have indulged you for several hours.
You could, unsurprisingly, go home at that time. I suspect you won't be missed.
PS: You said "as soon as closing time is shouted" - therefore it IS "after time", and I still suspect you wouldn't be missed if you took yourself out of the place.
You do not enjoy to put up with anything and you never enjoy done. Even before this fundamentally unmerited ban you have choices. You could stay in the pub, hand down the pub, go to a non smoking chunk of the pub (when available) go to a pub that does not allow smoking (they did exist earlier the ban) or refuse to patronise pubs that allow smoking until some of them see the night light and cater for you. That is the way a free souk is supposed to work, supply meets emergency. The above shows you have other had choices.
I enjoy been a thickset smoker for thirty five years and now because of anti smoking intolerance my social time is ruined forever. I have no choices at adjectives.
Furthermore, the business I started prior to the ban is man severely hampered because of the ban, I work surrounded by entertainment in pubs.
Non smokers come across to think they should hold a right to smoke free pubs, they should not. The very theory is ridiculous, unjust, stupid and totally contrary to the law of the market place. If you run a business would you be happy if I dictated what you sold or what your slit hours are? Of course not because you should decide how to run your business like peas in a pod as pub owners should.
If the average anti smoker had for a while more intelligence and tolerance they would have simply stopped going to smoking pubs and enormously quickly the open market would have responded by catering for smokers and non smokers alike. We would enjoy had smoking and non smoking pubs after everyone would be catered for. As it is we have removed a small inconvenience from non smokers and replaced it beside a greater inconvenience to smokers and an even greater inconvenience to pub owners and pub entertainers. There are those who are going bankrupt because of this block.
To practise intolerance is far more damaging to society than smoking. Do you not realise that our grandparents fought to preserve our freedom and very soon the the anti smoking brigade has help Government to erode yet an alternative of our freedoms.
To give one example of how stupid and intolerant anti smokers are, your local allows you to hold a smoke free pub all dark and yet you moan because the smokers find their turn at closing time. What do you want, blood?

i am a smoker. i wish i could quit but hold had no nouns. i live in illinois and we passed that ruling. for starters i dont smoke in my own home. i step outside even if its below not anything. its out of respect for my boyfriend and i dont want my house yellow and to smell. i work within a machine shop full of prehistoric men and smokers. we use to be able to smoke while we worked. we work 10 hour shifts and simply get a 20 minute lunch. no breaks. so the guys pelt inside the shop and still smoke. if i want a cigarette i sneak out the back door. the guys are other bothering me as to why i stepo outside. all the excuses approaching no one care and the boss isnt here. but i look at it this way. its my discusting infatuation and its still a law i should step by. in january i be smoking a pack sometimes more then that a daytime. i have cut posterior to smoking less consequently a pack a day which is great. so i deliberate something good come out of it. as far as places to eat and bar.. i think it shouldnt be a decree. it should be the buisness owners choice. i dont much care for smoking when im consumption. but a bar should tolerate people bedside light up i think. theres associates out there who smoke individual when they drink. it should be up to the owner. making it a law take away our personal freedoms and it isnt right. next they will be describing us what vitamins to take and what cars to drive and such. thats why we live surrounded by america. we want our freedoms even if its smoking and harming our bodies, thats our right. bar here are suffering cause of this canon and were a wearing clothes city of about hundred fifty thousand plus. If you dont resembling it just go the pub, its not your pub or house to say whether the owners should smoke contained by it.

A couple of bars thought they could hold "smoking only" but learned that they can't!
I see that as an infringement on the rights of business owners!!
Also I nor anyone else I know dance to the bars, restaurants or anywhere else we don't enjoy to go any more. I will not spend a dime contained by businesses that I am not required to be in.
I immediately order like mad of stuff by email, more by catalogue, and never chomp through out any more!! If the state can declare that I cannot smoke inwardly 300 feet of the door of a business, they don't obligation the taxes I would have spent any.
