Itching Problem?

So i have this unusual symptom of itching which has be with me for the final few months. I break out in different areas and the bumps that come to pass look some what like hives. I just break out when I: 1. Take a hot shower 2. Workout 3. Eat Spicy food (very weird but true)
Everything seem to do with warmness but i can not figure out how to fix it. I am 14 years old-fashioned and i start a new class of Physical Education subsequent week, but i do not know if i will be able to receive it through it since i can not finish working out at home with out getting these extremely sensitive itches. Help would be much appreciated.

1. Take a hot shower
- this is probably due to dry skin. I have one and the same problem. I suggest using "Cetaphil" soap. it's a special kind of soap that moisterizes and help with exema, which is what i hold.
2. Workout
- probably due to sweat. a lot of the time i'll itch after i work out too, resembling in my underneath wear of back. i don't know why it happen but i do know that taking a shower always make it go away. you might necessitate to start taking a shower at school after p.e. to prevent smelling unpromising and itching all time.
2. Eat Spicy food
- allergies? idk, i guess, stop eating spicy food. ask a doctor if you're allergic to anything.
