Interstitial cystitis?
I have a moment ago been diagnosed next to IC, I was wondering if anyone else have this disease? How do you cope? What is the best treatment for you? Does it affect your daily goings-on?
Answers: I have IC. I be just diagnosed beside it within the ending year after suffering with the symptoms for over nine years. I'm a masculine with IC and it is few and far between for males to have it (I feel about 95% of the associates who have it are female). Also, I've hear it is harder to diagnose in males (since at hand are a number of other manly symptoms that mimic IC). I am on Elmeron (the only FDA approved medication at this time for this condition) and it help. Watch your diet and see what foods/drinks seem to put together it worse. Talk with your Doctor to see what treatments/medications are avaiable for you. Read up on it (there are deeply of resources out there) and become as educated as you can going on for it. Even though I try not to let it affect my day by day activities it sometimes does and there's not much I can do in the order of it but just hang on to pressing on. I am determined not to let it crush me. Since I was in recent times diagnosed within the final year, I'm still trying to see what diet/medication/treatments helps my symptoms the best.
