i have acne problems
i hold pimples on my face, support and arms.
i want somthing good and potent
but i cant afford proactive
is there some dutiful and effective acne cure??

Just buy a face dry-clean. And wash it really dutiful. Get some with little dots surrounded by it so they exfoliate better.
eat natural, exercise, and don't sleep late.

oxy 10 face wipe works pretty good next to the oxy 10 cream ---you can get it at any pharmacy--but you own to be loyal and use everyday
there is no cure to acne, but if you munch through skunk, posum, or snake it will help. sort sure you clean it thoroughly. might seem to be nasty, but it works. this in truth something the indigenous people from mexico use.
rubbing alcohol.drys out the poors use liberal amount every am and pm
listen i conjecture that the best cure is just set off behind the fatty and junk food and be on vegetable stew for sometime and you'll see the results. Avoid non veg as they produce a great deal of heat which is another source of pimples and other skin problems.
I basically recently tried this stuff call Nature's Cure. It incorporates a topical blemish fighter near these herbal supplements you take twice a time. They have separate formulas for females and males. Its be working so far! Don't be worried about not trying proactive...i know seriously of people that say-so it bleaches their clothes and sheets and drys out their skin.

A couple years ago I get serious about getting rid of the acne. I get Nature's Cure at the grocery for about 10 bucks. I don't know if they even vend this anymore, but combined with the benzoil peroxide my acne leisurely did go away.
You hold to be religious about treating it every afternoon. Use a face specific hose in the shower, even one near triclosan if your face can thieve it, then Clearasil or Oxy 10 or something EVERY DAY.
I did read that the maximum strengh benzoil peroxide can be too throaty and actually cause your face break out more. The creams for sensitive skin are 2.5-5% benzoil peroxide and work only as well in need being so caustic.
Remember the marks not here after the pimple goes away can stay for as long as 6 months, so it seem to take forever for acne to clear up, but preserve using it every day.
I started doing this in the order of 7 years ago, but I still break out if I forget to use the Clearasil for more than a few days (rather embarrassing at 28).
