I'm 19 and usually I am within Stage 1 or Stage 2 Hypertension. What do I Do?
recently my line purchased a homemedics BP tester. And Consistently I am 150/100 and 140/95. I am always Stage 1 Hypertension and very soon recently hit stage 2. Should i be extremely worried? I surface great and really don't understand how its that giant, but i do think its heritable. Help?
Answers: For a start, these little machine things are really unreliable. We hold one, and one time i was 150/100, and after 5 mins later 110/90. I be really worried, so went to docs (im overweight so added risks). They checked my bp on 3 occasion and it was an average of 100/70.

Are you overweight? If it does run in your relations, chances are that you do hold high blood pressure (hypertension). But, I do agree that these blood pressure meters used for home are commonly wrong. You should go to your doctor as soon as possible for a full check up. If you blood pressure is too big, there may be another point for it. So, watch your saline intake and eat a good diet, don't smoke and go see your doctor as soon as you can. Good luck! One justification hypertension is dangerous is that by the time you surface unwell, it has gone approach too high for method too long.
If your family have a home testing device, then probability are you fall into a big risk category.
It is possible that the machine is incorrect, it is possible that worrying about the results is cause an elevated blood preassure reading, it is possible you have elevated blood preasure and need medical guidance and intervention before it cause permanent plunder.
