What be used for infections beforehand penicilin?
If someone is allergic to antibiotics, what can be used. Something had to be used in the past these were available. What be they?
Answers: Actually sulfonamides where discovered back PCN. This was around 1908-1910ish...Penicillin around 1928ish. But presently those who are allergic to PCN, there are plenty of other groups of antibiotics which can be used for infections. All depending upon which infection they hold.
I can use cyclins and myacins...am allergic to cillins, sulfas and cextins...and cipro stopped working...
before antibiotics...any your body fought it off...or you died.
In 1924 the Presidents son died from septicima (blood poisoning...from a blister on his toe that get infected).
