Answers: Well usually herpes u get the impression a tingle before the actual spots set off to form and then they grow from at hand if its just 1 small bump its prob merely a pimple and u prob just panic..herpes are usually multiples bumps and they feel vastly raw and itchy could even be bloody...so i doubt its herpes from what u said
