Any suggested treatment and or specified mete out for life-size tounge, tonsils and chest.?
I am a male next to an unusually large tounge. A huge set of tonsils, and am to some extent barrel chested (can't wear english fit, can bust the buttons on a 44 by breathing).. Can these things be related, probably oversized lungs due to compensation for breathing problems this should by all rights be cause. I have have to go through corrective treatment for a tounge thrust cause by these factors, consisting of sharp spikes attached to a binding retainer - from middle through high institution, and now may be forced to hold my tonsils removed, despite lack of infection. Should I verbs about ratification this on. Are these random traits, or is here some commonality, some genetic abnormality, or enviremental factor. I also have okay below average temperture, perhaps unrelated, but afterwards what do I know.

I thought pickwickian was related to tubbiness? Are you extremely obese? If not, I don't think it is pickwickian.
I would suggest you enjoy your Pituitary gland scanned. The full-size tongue can be a symptom of a problem with a growth on the pituitary.
Neither of these problems would be passed on to children.
This is call pickwickan syndrome. You need to experience tonsillectomy. You will be having snoring attacks also. If you dont grasp treated you may develop obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome.
