I own been here, done that! It can be very embarassing, but it can be help. First of all, you'll want to use a moisturizer explicitly hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free, and non-comedogenic. These three terms denote that most of the things that irritate sensitive skin are not in the ingredients of the product. I own tried different products, including Cetaphil and Eucerin. My current course of action is to put Eucerin cream on my obverse and then pat it dry after it sits for a few minutes (the cream doesn't involve very well). Then, I use a little one lotion I found at a drugstore to lock in the moisture. You could also try other brands such as Oil of Olay or Neutrogena - simply check the ingredients! Make sure to apply the lotion or cream right after you get out of the shower to lock within as much moisture as possible. Also, try a cooler shower - hot water dries skin out. To summarize, the best piece you can do is look for non-irritating moisturizers and test them out and see what is best for you. My skin be at one point almost scaly, and it be embarassing. After some trial and error work, I've finally found the right combination for me. I would avoid Vaseline at first because it is very greasy and could lead to breakouts - use this as a very second resort. I can't promise you that your skin will improve overnight, but within a week or two you will hopefully see noticeable renovation. Good luck! :)
use lotion but a natural type of lotion that they use from plants
Move to San Felipe. The humidity is soaring, the desert doesn't support a lot of microbes and the fish tacos are great.
My skin us-to be so dry, it be horrible. It would flake off when I scratched.I go to a dermatologist, he said to drink plenty of water. My skin is presently baby soft and no more flaking. No I do not to use any sympathetic of lotion. Just plenty of h-2-0
Dont wash ur obverse with soaps. Just use mild marine. Soaps will dry out and sensitize your skin on your face even more. For lotion try something approaching olive oil. But freshly a little bit mixed next to water. You might want to wipe it stale if it gets too greasy. They enunciate if you cant eat it, dont put it on your skin. Water will definately sustain too. A healthy diet cant hurt any.
Jessica, the best moisturizer of all is Vaseline (Petroleum Jelly): it is nonpartisan (no allergens or perfumes there) and it is not expensive. All other moisturizers are primarily Vaseline with added perfume, alcohol, color agents, etc. Don't waste your money on anything else.
