Low Iodine diet past Radio Iodine treatment for thyroid cancer?
I am just starting a low Iodine diet for 2 weeks (less sunburn 65 micrograms) before I hold a radioactive Iodine treatment for Thyroid cancer. I was wondering if here is anyone who has any menu design, or meal thinking for me, or have be on the same diet? I own a few basic ones, but you can single eat impossible to tell apart thing so oodles times!
Thanks for any feedback!

I went through indistinguishable thing end November - during Thanksgiving! It didn't seem approaching it would be that difficult but once you start you realize just how much you can't get through.
For breakfast I ate oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts (unsalted). I also have a few egg white omelets.
I made a big pot of beef stew (see link below for recipe) so I have that for many frequent dinners. I also had pasta near homemade sauce. If you seach you can find one brand of canned tomatos that doesn't enjoy salt.
For dessert I made wacky cake (recipe is also below) - it's a chocolate cake that uses cocoa powder so it's ok.
I bought a cookbook online, but deeply of the recipes are also here -
