My brothers piercing getting infected?

ok so its been bothering him. and it fell out yesterday morning when he be eating. btw, its a crawford. he get it professionally done. but now he's sick beside a fever and a cold i guess. he's wondering if he should appropriate it out or not. and im not sure what to tell him

Answers:    DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ONES THAT SAY TAKE IT OUT! IF IT IS INFECTED LEAVE IT IN! You NEVER embezzle a piercing out if it is infected. It can abcess and cause MAJOR problems! He desires to clean it near SEA SALT SOAKS and LEAVE IT ALONE!
They rarely gain infected so its his choice. have him give somebody a lift it out (he could be allergic to the metal), put peroxide on it for any infection, and if he is over 6, have him whip 200mg ibuprofen for the swelling. if it continues to get worse next to the swelling and fever, pinch him to the ER.
Tell him it HAS to come out. The infection needs to know how to come out. If it's to the point of him having a frenzy, he may need anti-biotics. GET IT OUT, obtain him to drink a lot of marine to flush his system and soak the piercing site with rubbing alcohol2 times a morning If the area is tender, leeking green soft, hot to the touch, abnormal swelling, bleeding, color modify under the skin, unyielding to the touch, shooting pain not individual around the area but within the whole body member... These are symptoms of infection and a pretty serious one, so go seak medical attention ASAP because it can escalde VERY, VERY suddenly. Do not remove the jewelry because if the holes close up from outside in, it will trap the infection and it will become an abess. Depending on the infection he have (Staph...) the faster it will progress, if it goes to his blood stream it can be incurable. You will need to stir to the ER and get drainage done to remove the pus and germs trapped under the skin so it doesn't budge in his blood stream and he will be put on anti-biotics.

Now, this hapens , it can hapen near a paper cut (if the microbes gets inside the wound and afterwards it closes up). A staph infection CAN escalade very at a rate of knots from the first symptoms that i mentionned above to feverish/neausea/faint... Staph bacteria is on MANY surfaces, and is more present than we can picture, espacially since a few months more and mroe cases have be reported, some minor but some life threatening.

Also, it could purely simply be the flu or a bad cold. Piercings seize irritated when this hapens, they get red, lymphy (lymph = white soft made out of dead white cell and plasma which creates crust on new piercings, it;s a biddable sign of drainage and healing and is VERY normal) and irritated. I am not aloud to inform you NOT to seak medical attention, I am also NOT aloud to diagnose a problem.

If you think that this is more than in recent times a cold of flu, go to the hospital and seak medical attention as quickly as you can. If he has the symptoms I mentionned int he first paragraph, plus restlessness and so on, take him to a medical center like greased lightning.
