The way that I quit be that I just stopped smoking. I know seriously of people use the gum and adjectives of that but I smoked for 4 years and I just contracted that I didn't want to do it anymore and so I threw away the rest of my pack, gave a mode the rest of my carton and just quit. When I thought nearly smoking or buying a pack, I just didn't. It's really mind over issue, you control yourself, when you go into the store you wish what you buy, the cigerettes don't just hop contained by your cart. Make the declaration and stick with it.
