Pathogenic diseases are those that occur due to the introduction of any agent, (radiation, poison etc) conspicuously microorganisms.
Deficiency diseases are those that develop due to the lack of or missing something. ( hormone, gene,4)
Physiological diseases are those that are cause by an organs malfunction, or abnormality)
Pathogen - transmittable through germs, virus, germs
deficiency - famine of some element such as calcium, iron, vitamins or minerals.
inherent - something genetic, passed down from ancestors.
physiological - organ or system failure to work properly may not be connected to the others but it may be....a problem beside the function of a system in the body resembling diabetes, kidney failure or sclerederma.
