Tummy Bug?? Is here a stomach virus going round?

I've just have to come home from work with the most sudden diarrhea possible. Very sudden and very urgent! Talk in the region of embarrassing!

Very much resembling the bug one gets on time off from strange food or water.

Is in that something catching at the moment or could be something I ate? Anyone else suffering at the moment?

Unfortunately tummy trouble can happen any time, whether a virus is around or not. It can regularly be hard to notify whether it is food related, bacterial or viral. Stay hydrated and use the BRATT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast and tea. Although many over the counter remedies back (ie:immodium), your body is cleansing itself for a reason and it may be best to permit it take its course. Naturally you should consult your physician if your symptoms worsen, you spike a restlessness or it continues after 24 hours. Hopefully you'll be better before the afternoon is over!
