Can mono affect you for years to come?

Because I had it when I be 19 (I'm 26 now) and I've never been like. I'm always sick, enjoy asthma that I did not have past it and my weight fluctuates similar to crazy. When I had mono I be really sick and lost 30 pounds, but I also worked full time (I was immature and stupid LOL), but I'm just wondering if because I didn't run care of myself afterwards it made my immune system weaker?

Answers:    You will always get mono. I had it at 12 and at tiniest once a year I have a flare up of it.
