Can codeine produce a headache?
I am on cough syrup with codeine for bronchitis, I also own a sinus infection. It seems similar to whenever I take it I win a headache. Is this a normal side effect or is it I don`t know just because I enjoy such a bad sinus infection that it is cause the headache?
Answers: I no longer use codeine for pain. It took me several tries and headache to finally realize that it was the codeine be what was giving me the headache. Use sinus tylenol for your sinus headache.
