When you don't hold an arch on the inside of your foot. Just make sure you buy shoes that enjoy an arch in them, it help you from getting back and reciprocal problems.

No, they aren't deformed. That's call flat footed. But it CAN contibute to achy legs. It also doesn't look as good for proper allignment. Try to verbs your arches up when you walk and stand. It is a concious try for a while to train your muscles.
You can also go to a podiatrist (foot doctor). They can grant you arch supports to help bestow support there and backing you know where to hold them. No. No one walk perfectly on their foot. Some people over pronate or beneath pronate. you over pronate like me which channel you walk on the inside of your foot. people that beneath pronate walk on the outer sides of theyr foot. but this shouldnt be noticable unless someone were to foot close attention. if its really noticable and weird looking I don`t know you should try to train youself to walk differently?
