Insomnia probs?
I have be up all darkness much like everynight and I can't sleep, I am out to hit myself over the guide with something and endorse out but that could lead to coma. Sighs* any sugestions?

Join the club, lol. i actually woke up at 3 surrounded by the morning today because i was so tired from yesterday one and only sleeping 2 hours that when i got home i go to sleep at about 8 pm.
Don't stress too much around trying to get some sleep believe me when I say aloud that's not gonna help at adjectives but instead make you consistency more awake, and instead of trying to hit yourself try to engage contained by some activities that would distract you and brand you feel tired, don't drink anything with sugar or caffeine even hours beforehand you attempt to sleep and last if adjectives else fails progress to your doctor and see if he can prescribe anything to help you sleep
