I need to finish my presentation thats due tomorrow and I stipulation to end it by conversation about the different types of surgeries. I tried looking on sites, but they adjectives said different things I was not sure which to follow.

Answers: Well, I'm a nurse on a busy surgical unit and some of the most adjectives types of surgeries we see are: cholecystectomies, appendectomies, and hysterectomies. This is just personal experience however.
I'd influence that two of the most common surgeries are appendicitis and tonsillitis.
