Do genital herpes first outbreak sores ever not scratchy and not own blisters and clear up in 5 days?
I may be afraid I have genital herpes but I don't own any of the regular signs except the "outbreak" within 2 weeks of sex. I own a sore on my penis, but I did not have any blisters or anything in the past it, and I have be putting neosporian on it and it has be drying up every since. There has be no pain or itching what so ever. There are two tiny red bumps on the underside of my penis which is a completely different spot than the sore.
Is the first outbreak at lowest somewhat painful or itchy? Also , doesn't the first outbreak concluding about 2 weeks, and not clear up beside just over the counter Neosporian? I am going to the doctor tomorrow.

Hmmm, sounds resembling syphilis which is good cos this is treatable.
The same point happened to me truly. I got a sore (though im female) which go after about 5 days (though mine be slightly painful). Went to a gyno and was diagnosed next to a bacteria infection. I dont suppose you could give an account me what happens beside you? Its just they dont do herpes blood carrying out tests where i live and i concern that this is what i have...my symptoms be more or less same as yours. I think that everyone is not indistinguishable, when I got tested my doctor took a look at the sore (just one sore) and thought explicitly was only just a pimple, it did not look any different but she tested it anyways and it did come back positive. I conjecture that everyones body reacts differently. It could be something simple but freshly to be safe achieve it checked, better safe next sorry.
It could either be herpes or a sign of syphillas.
The first signs of syphillas is canker sores within the area be you were infected. Dont touch the canker sores. Thats how you can spread it. The canker sore open up and releases clear secretions newly like a herpe sore.
Before you enunciate " the girl didnt have any dots or anything" the cankers dont other show up outside the vulva. Most of the time they show up inside the vagina so thats why the women never know they have it intill the second stage of the dieasea the impulsive all over the body. In which its spreadable short sexual contact.
