My anxiety is it might be a cancerous lump...I dont have insurance beczause I am on the dole..
Answers: To the best of my knowledge the singular way to really diagnose defacement tissue or adhesion's is with laparoscopy surgery. I do not believe any imaging studies can certainly see them... ( I am not positive about MRI and cat scan but I doubt it ) I do know the answer to the rest of your interview positively however, a few things can cause them and yes ruptures ovarian cysts are without a doubt one of them. PCOS Polycsytic Ovarian Syndrome, PID ( pelvic Inflammatory disease ) which is really a secondary condition to infection ( usually if the STD collection ) , Chlamydia itself is also a leading rationale, and trauma like olden surgeries...and believe it or not having the laporoscopic surgery to look for adhesion's can even lead to adhesion's later contained by life. Endometriosis can also explanation adhesion's and the symptoms are often mistaken for adhesion's anyway. Both blotch tissue/adhesion's and endometreosis can be treated by laser during a laporscopic surgery. SO basically the surgeon looks beside the laporoscope through an incision in your belly button, they regularly make another one right above your pubic bone too ( a wand is used to push, verbs, organs aside the camera is in the breadth... At this point if anything like adhesion's is see they can laser it out ( destroy it ) beside a laser that is within the scope or where on earth the wand was put it. Usually no other incisions are prerequisite.
