I hold really dry, scaley-ish skin on my legs. is here a scrub or something i could use to get hold of rid of it.?
Answers: Skin cream. But make sure it is cream, not lotion because cream hydrates better. A scrub will purely make things worse though. Use it every darkness (unfortunately it takes a long time to rub surrounded by because it's so thick) and it will heal your skin.
use gummy lotion! you probably shouldn't use a scrub because it could irritate it more. try using a super moisturizing lotion or cream. i know cetaphil has a really polite moisturizing cream that works on even sensitive skin.
just use the sugar scrub or sea brackish scrubs, they are great. the saline might burn if you have crackly skin though, so use a sugar scrub NO, soap in reality drys out your skin, so scrubbing really dry skin will formulate the problem even worse. Try using a shower gel for extra dry skin like Olay or even Dove moisturizing. Also try within shower lotion by Olay, and when you get out of the shower put physical lotion on right away. Its the best time then because it will lock surrounded by the moisture. If it doesnt get any better by purely doing that you might have to see a doctor but winter is of late bad for skin.
You might hold to put on lotion a couple of times a day. Just everytime you discern its dry or itching put some on.
Honestly, what you really need is some lotion or cream.
Great to use (i use it every day) is Cetaphil Cream.
it usually comes contained by a tub.
works great, and has little to no smell.
use it every year, especially after showering. good luck
I would rob lots of showers rubing ur legs with soap and put some lotion on ur legs every couple of hours. If that doesn't facilitate, go see a doctor. I bet you're describing skin on your lower legs. Sounds close to your skin may be low in lactic bitter, which creates the acid mantle that holds moisture contained by your skin.
See if your drug store has a lotion call LacHydrin 10, or something like that. It will fix your problem next to regular use, and you will notice an instantaneous improvement/comfort on dry skin. Amlactin and Carmol are other brand names of lotions beside the same helpful ingredient, lactic acid. If you don't see these products on the shelf, ask the pharmacist. Sometimes they preserve these products (recommended by dermatologists) on the shelves with the prescriptions, even though they do not require a prescription.
Don't use soap surrounded by the shower--use Dove on your legs, arms, and other parts that tend to be dry.
Try virgin coconut oil.
It works really moral on my 3 year old son, who have scaley-ish skin on his legs. After 2-3 weeks, it's disappear.
Forget about those expensive cosmetics. Virgin coconut grease is natural and cheap.
