i need to find a skin whitening/bleaching to fade scars(advised by derm)can i attain it in a local drug store..CVS,WAL-MART,WALGREENS?

Make sure you buy a product near hydroquinone because it is the ingredient that lighten shady marks. Ambi works best for me because it contains vitamin E and sunscreen. The products surrounded by the stores are over the counter and can only contain 2% hydroquinone by tenet, but your doctor can perscribe you 4% hydroquinone. You should see an improvement within 2 weeks but it will take in the order of 3 months for the dark areas to completely fade.
