I am a diabetic can I drink a diet coke?and how abundant times diabetic go to bathroom near surrounded by 4hrs?

Answers:    Diet coke is a "free" drink for diabetics (as we like to christen carb free foods in my house). Regular diet coke is not a pious choice for hot days or for any hydrating purposes. Choose caffeine free diet coke, as regular diet coke negates hydration.

Don't drink soda adjectives the time. Diet or otherwise - they have profusely of crap in them.

Diabetics near good blood sugar control do not verbs excessive urination. Excessive urination a symptom of hyperglycemia (high blood sugar). It's one of the symptoms you'll notice when first diagnosed, but doesn't forever verbs when you begin insulin injections. It occured originally because your body's pancreas is stopping insulin production. Even after diagnosis, a diabetic can still become hyperglycemic, and you'll spot this symptom again. Generally, hyperglycemia reoccurs from miscounted carbs, lack of insulin after ingestion, or not enough insulin. A bleak cold or flu can also elevate blood sugars. Always treat hyperglycemia right away.
You can drink diet coke. There's no carbohydrate or sugar in diet sodas.

As for the second examine, just depends on how powerfully you have it underneath control, and how much water you drink, and any caffinated beverages (like soda) that you drink that would dehydrate you.

You can drink diet sodas, although some recent studies indicate that the artificial sweeteners can cause sundry health problems. If you are visit the loo more often than in the region of 8 times in 24 hours, explicitly probably too much; talk to your doctor in the region of it. yes you can you cant drink reg

low sugar stuff.
yes you can have diet soda. If you worked one into your feast plan covered it with insulin. I bet you could even hold a real soda every so recurrently.( but diet is a better one healthwise.) I don't think you pee more than anyone else if your diabetic. Depends how much river, diet coke you drink and your blader. I've been a type 1 for 37 years and I'm constantly peeing sometimes 2 times surrounded by 4 hours. Cannot make it through a nite lacking getting up atleast once. Good control bad control it doesn't business. I'm just a pee-er. I've be this way forever.
And yes you can drink diet coke. Any type of diet drink is ok. Someone have said juice is better-WRONG! Stay away from liquid unless it's a sugar free, low carb juice. Juices are loaded within sugars and will cause you to pee more.
You can drink diet coke, but constrain that, it is not the best for you. Focus on crystal light juice, they are sugar free and taste suitable.

How much you go to the bathroom depends largely on how dutiful control you have. A leading symptom of diabetes is excessive urination-meaning your body is telling you, that you are not within good control, so you drink more and pee more. If you are within good control beside bloodsugars you won't find yourself visiting the bathroom any more or any smaller quantity than a person in need diabetes. So control your bloodsugars, drink sugar free stuff-like diet coke-and sugar free juices.

Just remember coke, whether diet or not, is not the healthiest for your body. I try not to drink more than one a day-if that, I hold gotten really good. Once you start trying sugar free juice, and you see they work better for your body in a quantity of ways, you will find yourself cutting backbone on diet soda.
Doctor told my kid that diet carbonated beverages are hard on the kidneys. My son is allowed 12 oz. of diet soda per week and to be exact it!
