Rare form of psoriasis?

Has anyone heard of GUTTATE psoriasis?? Anyone dealing next to it??

Answers:    This is a relatively rare form of psoriasis. I've included a correlation below where you can obtain as much information as you would like. Here are some excerpts from it within the event this will be enough information for you. Good luck.

CAUSES
Guttate psoriasis is atypical. It is usually seen surrounded by patients younger than 30. It often develops suddenly after an infection, most recurrently strep throat. Guttate psoriasis is not contagious.
Psoriasis seems to be an adjectives disorder. Doctors think it occur when the body's immune system mistakes healthy cell for dangerous substances.

SYMPTOMS:
Symptoms include itching and spots on the skin, call skin lesions, which are pinkish-red and look resembling teardrops. The spots may be covered with silver, flaky skin call scales.
The spots usually occur on the arms, legs, and middle of the body (the trunk), but may appear surrounded by other body areas.

EXAMS & TESTS
Diagnosis is usually based on what the spots look close to. Often, a person near this type of psoriasis has only just had a sore throat or upper respiratory infection. Tests to confirm the diagnosis include: Throat culture; Skin biopsy

TREATMENT:
The aspiration of treatment is to control your symptoms and prevent secondary infections. Mild cases of guttate psoriasis are usually treated at home next to any of the following:
Cortisone (anti-itch) cream
Dandruff shampoos (over-the-counter or prescription)
Lotions that contain coal tar
Moisturizers
Prescription medicine containing vitamin D or vitamin A s)

PROGNOSIS:
Psoriasis is a life-long condition that can be controlled with treatment.
I don't own guttate, but I have extremely glutinous red, raised, itchy, awful large plaques. I know it's supposedly fruitless for you, but about 1-2 years ago I first get psoriasis and it's been spreading close to wildfire all over my body. I started tanning around a month ago, and for 2 weeks I've been doing 8 minute sessions 4-5 times a week and the results are so dramatic I can see a difference from soon to the next. I own incredible pictures to proove it. If you decide to suntan, make sure you bring back a bed that has UVB street light. Tanning poses risk of skin cancer of course, but if you can't fiddle with being a freak anymore, it's great.
