Chest affliction?
I sometimes get a wierd spasm in my chest, it feel like someone is crushing my chest, I go to the docotr and they couldent find anything wrong, help??
Answer: I go and get those. And it hurts when i breath too. I have stress. But if you chill it get better slowly.
Try relaxation techniques
my mom have thoes pains and do u have big breast if so them its probably them I suggest you try to relax as I suspect stress might be the explanation for that
You may have Costocondritis(sp?). It's the inflammation of the cartilage within the rib cage. I have it. Ask your doctor about it. How hoary are you? Crushing chest pain is ordinarily an ominous symptom. Does anything bring it on? Did you find a stress test? EKG? If not, any go hindmost,or find another doctor.
Are you stressed about anything? Stress can exact chest pain. Also, the heart is a muscle so if you are working out, that could also be the culprit.
