How various of you are overwieght and own chief niggle surrounded by your liver ?
ok im 240 pounds and 5`3 tall , my liver hurts and is so unconfurble , anyone else enjoy major problems next to liver and if so , what did you do for it ?

Try exercise and changing your drinking habits and your ache and pains will go away.
are you sure its your liver? ( it may in recent times be intestinal gas and gas x helps that) but i suggest you see a doctor because it could be something really serious.
How do you know it's your liver? You didn't mention your age or common health, so it could be a little things. With liver disease symptoms often include nausea, greenish stools, diarrhea, sickly tint to eyes and/or skin. The person to be asking is a physician, since liver disease is moderately serious.
i am a plus size women i have own never had any cramp in my liver this might be from somehing else i would trade name a trip to the dr just to get sure
