A family circle contributor have the following symptoms what could it be, hold they have a stroke?

This has be going on for the last two years and the doctors do not know what is wrong and maintain giving him tablets.

More likely disc degeneration (ie spine birth to collapse in on itself). It's a bit similar to having multiple slipped discs and the shabbiness in the limb is associated with withdrawal of support for these limbs from the spine. This could also be putting pressure on the ribcage as the long-suffering is effectively curling forwards giving pain within this area, tolerate in mind the heart sits merely under/behind the lungs and not high up surrounded by the left ribcage as most folk assume.
Strokes are usually adjectives one side with affects on speech and memory loss (left side no recent memory, right side no chronological memory) and part or full one side weakness/ paralysis.

what do you plan by curvature of the spine?? everyone has a curved spine shaped approaching 'S'. is it kyphosis? then that could grounds cord compression and weakness contained by all level below it depending on severity. get a x-ray of the spine to rule out disc prolapse and kyphosis.
