My Grandpa was diagnosed beside secondary liver cancer. He merely
underwent his First chemotherapy. I hear that after the treatment he is so tired that he can barely get hold of up and he has lots of sores, low appetite, and nausea.

I can't be in that for him at the moment as he's in Japan. I can't do anything immediately but to ask for advice here. It's so heart-breaking.

I of late wanna know... what to expect?
Any advice?

I am so sorry sweetie more or less your grandfather. I know quite like mad of liver cancer as my mum passed away 8 months ago because of this. When my mum started her chemo she was duplicate as your grandfather, feeling massively tired and nauseas and not feeling hungry at adjectives. With my mum her chemo was every 3 weeks so for the first 3-4 days of chemo she be very poorly. Unfortunately liver cancer is usually terminal as it is tremendously rare that a individual has it with the sole purpose there, most of the times it is a lesser cancer. This means that in that is cancer in another place. With my mum her cancer started contained by her bowel and then spread to the liver. You enjoy to be prepared for the worst and as you are far away at the moment I know this is heartbreaking. Why dont you make a photoalbum of you both at lowest you can think just about the happy days. It might maintain your mind occupied. I do not know how prehistoric your grandfather is and how long he has have the cancer but my mum was diagnosed next to cancer at the age of 58 and passed away when she turned 60. I guess the best piece you can do is keep contained by touch with him and impart him as much support as you can from where you are. Send him a card and hang on to in contact. hold faith contained by the doctors. hopefully everything will work out for the best.

To begin he have a "secondary" cancer which means he also have it somewhere else and it has spread to his liver. Liver cancer should other be considered fatal. Chemo can be impressively debilitating and you don't state his age. Most modern chemo treatments though aren't as desperate as they used to be and most people verbs a fairly commonplace life. He is coming to the extension of his life drastically soon, perhaps you will want to connect near him ASAP.

Stay in touch as best you can. I'm sorry to communicate you that even with treatment, Liver cancer is almost universally lethal within 12-18 months of diagnosis. Hopfully this first chemo will knock stern the cancer for awhile and he will have some time fancy OK. When and if this happens, it will be time to see him and be prepared to say aloud goodbye.

Liver cancer is serious but stage two diagnosis is helpful. He will verbs to be sick during the treatment as the medicine creates those side effects. Hopefully he will respond favorably to treatment and the cancer will be destroyed. You inevitability to prepare yourself for the worst case which is that it will be terminal. Call, write to him and tolerate him know you are with him within spirit and shove your love, this will make him consistency better as he fights his disease. Start a diary, write down your memories of him and ask your parents to share theirs. Record his age, date of birth where on earth he was born, parents,sibilings, children.
