Severe asthmatic final at work?

You work with a soft-spoken, justly shy young woman who have an incredible work ethic. Recently she had a severe asthma attack due to bronchitis. She be taken in an ambulance to the hospital from work. She returned to work 5 days next. You're all teacher. The 3 days she's been wager on, she's been trying to initiate in front of the kids and be her run of the mill self. However, on her prep periods she rests, keeping her come first down on the table with her eyes closed. When asked if she's response better she said a little but she still doesn't perceive great and said that it still feels as if her chest is tight.

It's be a week since her attack (the 3rd day she's be back). You still see her with her lead down when you walk surrounded by the office. However, when she's lessons, she's up and about.

What would you conjecture?

Answers:    From experience since I have asthma, within are days I am bothered by it. I go to work and try to function the best I can. But I also rest when I can because you are not getting the needed oxygen, and this make you feel hugely tired.
If she continues to work she will probably die or have another attack. If she take a hiatus she will probably get layed past its sell-by date and be replaced while she is gone. Most likely if nation are suspecting that she is in doomed to failure health she will acquire replaced really soon with someone surrounded by good vigour. Health problems are something that employers check with little sympathy. That's how it works within business, not really sure if that is how it works at your university. Sounds like she's doing her best within the position she's in. Support her morally when you can.
Its not her blemish she has ashma and treatment in our time usually controlls it fairly in good health.
If I were her I'd more to a better stove and dryer climate to improve her competence of life for the long occupancy.
Climate is the key trigger.
