How and why, would a five year old-fashioned girl enjoy a lymph node below her right arm?
she complained of pain. I took her to the doctors and the doctor pressed and mesured the lump and said it be a lymph node. she also presribed an antibiotic.

If this keeps up you'll want to seize her back to the doc, since it can be indicative of more serious problems...but permit the anitbiotic do it's thing first.
