Feeling worse on the gestational diabetes diet?
I was lately diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It explains abundantly because I've gained shipment rapidly short changing my diet, own high level of amniotic fluid and at 29 weeks my daughter's weight is estimated at 3.9 lbs! Since the diagnosis end week, I have be following the diet religiously and have be eating small meal every two hours, cutting out sugar and juice and counting carbs. And I have to articulate that I feel AWFUL. I get the impression tired and lethargic and be aware of hungry all the time, and even get the impression nauseous at times. I feel MUCH better before I be eating worse (carbs, pastas, sugars). Anyone else have this happen? I enjoy an appointment with my doctor contained by a few days so I'll ask him there but considered necessary to know if anyone else has experienced something similar. Is my body a moment ago adjusting to this brand new diet? Or is something wrong? Thanks!!
Answers: I can't say how it will affect you, but I'm a type two and Dr. Joel Fuhrman's diet have revitalized me. In fact, I quit the Metformin over two months ago. I also lost 50 pounds within under four months while consumption plenty. Maybe it's taking some time for your body to cleanse itself of all the fruitless stuff you've been putting into yourself.
