First, try to chomp through as healthy a diet as possible- fresh fruits and vegetables, minimal cast-offs food, etc. Then take a multivitamin made for women, plus a calcium supplement, and lastly, an iron supplement. The multivitamin alone won't do it, and if you are other dragging you could be anemic, esp around the time of your period, and the iron will back you to rebuild the blood you are losing. Of course, six kids would exhaust newly about anyone I know... Good Luck!!
If vitamins worked later Americans would not have such horrible strength. Your diet can make a big difference. Don't drink any coffee. After years it could impose very serious problems. Make sure that husband is doing his part. Kick his butt if he isn't doing his share. The reality that he works full time is no excuse for not helping. Kids are way harder than any undertaking. Make sure you allow time for yourself, maybe an hour, be in motion on walk, steal nap, etc.
